Terms of Service
By purchasing a service from Remote Skating Coach (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms.
Services Provided
We provide remote figure skating video analysis, custom on-ice practice plans, and custom off-ice workout videos, delivered digitally. Services are not a substitute for in-person coaching, medical evaluation or physical therapy.
Turnaround Time
Services are delivered within 72 hours of receiving your completed submission (video and/or questionnaire), except where delays are communicated in advance. Turnaround time is a target, not a guarantee, and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is due in full at time of purchase. Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun.
Assumption of Risk
Figure skating and off-ice conditioning carry inherent risks of injury. By purchasing and using any practice plan, workout video or analysis provided, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for ensuring that any drills, exercises or recommendations are performed safely and are appropriate for your (the skater’s) individual physical condition. We recommend consulting a medical professional before beginning any new physical activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote Skating Coach is not liable for injuries, damages or losses resulting from the use of any analysis, practice plan or workout video provided. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Minors
Services purchased for a skater under 18 must be purchased and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
Intellectual Property
All written, illustrated and video content we deliver is for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
