- Contact information: name, email address, phone number
- Skater information: age, skill level, goals and physical limitations or injuries you choose to share
- Video submissions: videos you upload for analysis
- Payment information: processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the service you purchased (video analysis, practice plans, workout videos)
- To communicate with you about your order and delivery
- To improve our services
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your videos or personal information for marketing, social media, or any purpose beyond delivering your purchased service, without your explicit written permission.
Who Has Access
Only Helena has access to your submitted information and videos. Information is not shared with third parties except as required to process payment (Stripe) or as required by law.
Data Storage & Security
Videos and form responses are stored in an access-restricted Google account (Google Drive and Google Forms). We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online storage method is 100% secure.
Data Retention
Videos and personal information are retained only as long as necessary to complete your service. You may request earlier deletion of your video or information by contacting us at remoteskatingcoach@gmail.com.
Minors
If the skater is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit information and video on their behalf, and by doing so, agrees to this policy for the minor skater.
